As most will know, me and Mat have been on the dyno for a number of years, setting up some of the cars that gets completed on his channel! This car has been one of my favourites to tune to date.

The first hurdle was the ECU, as unfortunately these ECUS are currently locked out so we are unable to communicate with them to tune them, but luckily there is a company over in Finland who offer an unlock service called Femto!

So off with the ECU and out in the post it went, this entire process took around 10 days including shipping on a weekend, which wasnt too bad, but bare that in mind if you are looking to get it done.

Once the ECU was back, we put it in the car to test that all is well, Femto also send you a stock file to be able to start tuning the ECU as naturally at this point we still cant read the ECU, but with the stock file, we can write to it, to start the tuning process!
