Decent setups these, kind of remind me of the 2.0 ko3 models on the tfsi, make slightly less power on a little more boost but still fun to tune.
If you log these you will see that the throttle response is heavily held back with initial throttle valve opening at 53% to a 72% peak resulting in a steady flat power curve.
Stock run come in at 208hp and 311nm so slightly over the quoted figures, but running 99 Ron so expected.
After a few runs and a little playing about with the throttle opening I sat it at 245hp and 400nm with a completely different power band (you can see by the graph) making it more of a turbo feel then you get with the stock setup.
These are heavily restricted by a gpf and the intercooler was seeing over 60 deg intake temps so changing those would be interesting!
Stage 2 id expect to be bringing the boost back a little and replacing that with timing to see if I can change the power band.
Few more sessions with these and I’ll be happy to release the course on the tuning workshop

StageX map pack would be fine on these too!
